In her role as Gateway’s Senior Accountant and Assistant to the Controller, Rose Mary performs a variety of tasks. She is responsible for the preparation of financial statements, monthly closing procedures, revenue analysis, monthly account reconciliations, property management, monthly financials and year-end closings, payroll, human resources, insurance audits and sales tax.

Rose Mary also plays a role in investment property acquisitions. She earned her Masters of Science in Accounting with honors from Northeastern Illinois University. Prior to joining the team at Gateway Investment Partners, she worked in public accounting and founded her own company. She brings ten years of public and commercial accounting experience to our company.
