Pamela Opyd is a Vice President of Gateway Investment Partners. Currently, she manages the development process of GIP’s mixed-use developments: Gateway in Oak Forest, Illinois and Gallery and Fitzgerald in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Prior to joining GIP, Ms. Opyd was a Development Manager at Prime Group Realty Trust (PGE) and oversaw a variety of large scale commercial developments including the 1.5 million square foot Dearborn Center in Chicago and the development of Northern Illinois University’s 215,000 square foot convocation center. She was responsible for guiding the design, permit, financial, and construction processes of these developments.

In addition, Ms. Opyd served as development manager on Chicago’s Union Station redevelopment. This complex project incorporated a high level of municipal involvement including landmark designation, TIF funding, and LEED technologies.
